• Minimizing the annual cost of required maintenance & services.
• Increasing operational effectiveness & efficiency of property facilities and infrastructure
• Reducing unscheduled outages by increasing Preventive Maintenance
• Achieving Comprehensive Maintenance level.
• Keeping the best level of soft services performance such as:

الأهداف والغايات

إن قطاع صيانة البيانات والعمليات في قسم إدارة العقارات يقوم بالتركيز على تطوير العقار وكذلك الوصول إلى الأهداف المرجوة من إدارته. والأساس من إنشاء هذا القطاع هو الحفاظ على مكونات العقار والوصول بخدماته إلى مستوى قياسي من الجودة عن طريق الصيانة الكاملة لمكونات ذلك العقار. علماً بأنه يجب إعداد دراسة شاملة لمعرفة مكونات وبنود الصيانة المطلوب تقديمها للعقار.

: ويمكن تلخيص تلك الأهداف والغايات فيما يلي

• .التقليل من المصاريف السنوية المطلوبة للصيانة وتنفيذ الخدمات -
• .زيادة الجودة والكفاءة العملية لخدمات العقار وكذلك لبنيته التحتية -


• .التقليل من إنقطاع الخدمات عن طريق زيادة إجراء عمليات الصيانة الوقائية -
• .الوصول إلى المستوى المطلوب لإجراءات الصيانة الشاملة -

Scope Of Works

Our scope of works is illustrated as below:

• To act as a client representative to hire, contact and negotiate with the maintenance & services companies and receive the relevant reports from them.
• To prepare and submit the Cost Control Study which show the profit of Facility Management and that will be followed up and monitored by the client side.
• To manage the processes of all maintenance & services works.
• To create a call center system to receive such complaints or reports by the end-user (s) in order to take the corresponding actions at the earliest.
• To submit a monthly report to the client including all maintenance or services’ tasks handled for the following:

: إن نطاق ومجال الأعمال التي نقوم بتقديمها يشمل

• . العمل كممثل عن المالك للتواصل والنقاش وتعيين شركات الصيانة والخدمات وإستلام التقارير المتعلقة منهم


• . إعداد وتقديم دراسات مراقبة التكاليف والتي توضح الأرباح والمكاسب الناتجة من إدارة المنشأت والتي تراقب وتنظم من قبل العميل


• . إدارة كل إجراءات وخطوات أعمال الصيانة والخدمات -
• . إنشاء مركز إتصال لإستقبال الشكاوى المتعلقة بالعقار والتقارير المستلمة من مستخدمي العقار وذلك لإتخاذ الإجراءات وإيجاد الحلول المطلوبة بأسرع وقت ممكن -

- Dealing for real estate brokerage transactions "leasing or sale/purchase" through an authorized agents.
- Cooperation with owners/landlords to arrange funds through banks for real estate projects such as construction, purchase, developments,... etc.
- Preparing income and expenses studies for the building
- Handling Ejari processes
