To act as a client representative to hire, contact and negotiate with the maintenance & services companies and receive the relevant reports from them.
To prepare and submit the Cost Control Study which show the profit of Facility Management and that will be followed up and monitored by the client side.
To manage the processes of all maintenance & services works.
To create a call center system to receive such complaints or reports by the end-user (s) in order to take the corresponding actions at the earliest.
To submit a monthly report to the client including all maintenance or services’ tasks handled for the following:
