Scope Of Works

Our scope of works is illustrated as below:

  • To act as a client representative to hire, contact and negotiate with the maintenance & services companies and receive the relevant reports from them.
  • To prepare and submit the Cost Control Study which show the profit of Facility Management and that will be followed up and monitored by the client side.
  • To manage the processes of all maintenance & services works.
  • To create a call center system to receive such complaints or reports by the end-user (s) in order to take the corresponding actions at the earliest.
  • To submit a monthly report to the client including all maintenance or services’ tasks handled for the following:

  • Preparing income and expenses studies for the building
  • Handling Ejari processes
